What you also pay, said upfront
Texts, emails, phone minutes and the AI that answers your calls are billed to you at what they cost. That is your usage, on your account, and it scales with your volume rather than being repackaged as credits and repriced twice a year.
It means the price above is the software, and your phone bill is your phone bill. Most producers find that lands well under a per-seat platform that bundles a small allowance and charges hard for going over.
Why there is a setup fee
Because the first thing the system does is read your book, and a trial that starts on an empty account wastes most of its fourteen days. Setup is your policies loaded, your branding and licence details in, your compliance wording set, and your team mapped. Then the trial starts and the system has something to find on day one.
| What moves the setup fee | Toward $500 | Toward $2,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Book size | Small or fresh | Thousands of policies to reconcile |
| Policy data | A clean export | Rebuilt from carrier statements |
| Existing CRM | None | A live account to migrate without breaking |
| Team | One seat | A downline with contract levels to map |
